Rules and conditions for participation in the Promotion “$1000 for new players”

1. Terms and definitions

  • 1.1 “Organizer” — BetFractal LTD, Limited Liability Company, License No. ALSI-152406039-FI4.
  • 1.2 “Organizer’s website” — the website: https://betcity.net or https://m.betcity.net.
  • 1.3 “Promotion page” — a page on the organizer’s website, describing the terms of the Promotion. The page is located at https://promotion.betcity.net/en/1000_reg
  • 1.4 “Participant” — an individual who has reached the age of 18 or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if this age must be greater than 18, agrees with the Rules for accepting bets offered by the Organizer, accepts the terms of the Promotion and has fulfilled the conditions of paragraph 3.1 and 4.1 of these rules.
  • 1.5 “Deposit” — replenishment of the balance by making an interactive bet, according to the General Rules.
  • 1.6 “Bet” — a risk-based agreement on winning, concluded between the client and the betting company in accordance with the established rules of the Organizer.
  • 1.7 “Qualifying bet” — a bet that meets the terms of the Promotion.
  • 1.8 “Bonus account” — an account intended for crediting bonus funds for fulfilling the terms of various marketing events, loyalty programs, Promotions. One bonus on the bonus account is equivalent to one unit of the main account currency. The bonus account does not provide for the withdrawal of bonuses and is available only for making bets.
  • 1.9 “Freebet” — bonus funds credited to the Promotion participant’s bonus account upon fulfillment of the Promotion conditions for subsequent betting. In the event of a positive outcome of the bet, the participant has the opportunity to receive the winnings minus the freebet.
  • 1.10 “Abuse of rights” — any unfair actions of the Promotion Participant, including those aimed at accumulating the maximum number of bonuses on the Participant’s account without actual participation in gambling or using/attempting to use Bonuses in ways that contradict these rules.
  • 1.11 “Personal data” — personal data provided by the Participant for the purpose of participating in the Promotion, including contact details (such as mobile phone number, email address), may be processed by the Organizer, including for the purpose of making requests, maintaining contact, sending SMS messages and emails to inform about news, promotions, their results and sending other service messages, messages and materials of an informational and advertising nature.
  • 1.12 “Mobile application” — software designed to work on smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices, developed for a specific platform (IOS, Android, Windows Phone, etc.) https://betcity.net/en/apps.

2. General provisions

  • 2.1 These rules define the procedure for holding the Promotion “$1000 for New Players”.
  • 2.2 These rules apply to all Participants of the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is a confirmation of familiarization and agreement of the Participant of the Promotion with all provisions of these rules.
  • 2.3 The Promotion period is from 00:00:00 (UTC+3) from 29.05.2025 to 23:59:00 (UTC+3) on 31.12.2026 inclusive.
  • 2.4 The free bet is credited automatically within 24 hours after the terms of the Promotion are met.
  • 2.5 The Promotion is held on the Internet on the Organizer’s Website and in the Mobile Application.
  • 2.6 Potential and current Participants are informed about changes in the rules of the Promotion and the conditions for its holding by posting information on the Organizer’s Website.
  • 2.7 The prize fund of the Promotion is formed at the expense of the Organizer of the Promotion and consists of the amount of free bets credited to the bonus accounts of the participants, within the framework of this Promotion.
  • 2.8 The Organizer has the right to limit or prohibit the registration of specific types and kinds of bets or events participating in the Promotion at any time, information about this is provided by the Organizer’s employees, published on the Organizer’s Website.
  • 2.9 One bonus account is available for one user (for one family, one address, one computer, one mobile device, common IP address, for any identical account data, such as an e-mail address, bank account, credit card information, payment system account). Any violation of the rules of the Promotion leads to the cancellation of participation, as well as to the adoption of additional measures aimed at preventing such actions.
  • 2.10 A participant can receive a free bet once in accordance with these rules of the Promotion.
  • 2.11 You can use the free bet on the general terms of using bonus funds, described in paragraphs 2.12. — 2.16 of these Rules.
  • 2.12 The validity period of free bets is 30 calendar days from the date of crediting. After the expiration of the term, the unused remainder of the accrued free bet burns out.
  • 2.13 The maximum odds for using a free bet is 3.00.
  • 2.14 The free bet will be credited to the bonus account only after authorization in the mobile application or on the website https://betcity.net or https://m.betcity.net, in accordance with paragraphs 4.1.-4.3.
  • 2.15 Concluding a bet using a free bet under the Promotion will be available only in the mobile application and on the website https://betcity.net, dividing the free bet amount into several bets is allowed.
  • 2.16 Receiving a free bet under this promotion excludes receiving other welcome free bets for new clients, unless otherwise specified in the Rules of individual promotions.
  • 2.17 Bets using a free bet can only be made on events of the “single” and “accumulator” types.
  • 2.18 General rules for accepting interactive bets, paying out winnings and concluding bets are located at https://betcity.net/en/rules.

3. Conditions of participation

  • 3.1 To participate you should:
    • 3.1.1 Register on the Organizer’s website or Mobile application during the Promotion period.
    • 3.1.2 The Promotion includes the first bet of the “single” or “accumulator” type with a minimum total odds of at least 1.80, made by the participant of the Promotion on the website or in the mobile application and the outcome of the events for which the result occurred, for which it was calculated during the Promotion period. Also, the Promotion includes bets from the “Casino” section and the outcome of the events for which the result occurred, for which it was calculated during the Promotion period.
    • 3.1.3 The Promotion does not include bets with the statuses “refund”, “cash out”, bets calculated with odds of less than 1.8, bets made using a free bet, as well as bets for which the outcome of the event did not occur and the result was not calculated during the Promotion period.
    • 3.1.4 In the event that a bet has been settled and a free bet has been credited within 24 hours, and after that a “refund” / “cash out”, etc. has been made on these bets, and if the client has not yet had time to use the free bet, then the free bet must be cancelled.
    • 3.1.5 Only new clients can take part in the promotion.

4. Mechanics of the promotion

  • 4.1. Participation in the promotion is available to every registered client who has made the first deposit of at least $5 or an equivalent amount in another currency at the exchange rate during the promotion period.
  • 4.2. The client must make one or more bets in the amount of 6 times the first deposit, within 30 days from the date of the first deposit.
  • 4.3. The free bet size is calculated as 50% of the first deposit amount, but not more than $1000 (or equivalent amount in another currency) of bonus funds.

5. Additional provisions

  • 5.1 The Promotion is aimed at attracting attention, forming and maintaining interest in the brand “BETCITY”, the copyright holder of which is BetFractal LTD, Limited Liability Company.
  • 5.2 The Promotion is not a lottery, is of an exclusively marketing nature, does not require payment for participation. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
  • 5.3 By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree that the information voluntarily provided by them for the purposes of the Promotion (including their personal data) can be processed both by the Organizer of the Promotion, as well as by persons authorized by it, including using automated data processing tools for the purposes specified in paragraph 1.11 of these Rules. The Participant has the right to revoke the consent given by him by sending a written statement to the legal address of the Organizer indicated on the official websites of the Organizer.
  • 5.4 In the event that a violation of these Rules is established, as well as in the event that fraudulent actions are discovered in the actions of the Participant of the Promotion, the Participant may be excluded from the Promotion by the decision of the Organizer. In this case, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse to credit free bets without explanation.
  • 5.5 If any discrepancies are found between these rules and the advertising materials distributed within the framework of this Promotion, these rules shall apply.
  • 5.6 In controversial situations, the decision of the authorized persons of the Promotion Organizer is final.
  • 5.7 In case of technical failures in the activities of the Promotion Organizer, the latter reserves the right to recalculate the result of the Promotion Participant.
  • 5.8 The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for technical failures of communication operators (telephone and Internet) directly serving the Promotion Participant and the Promotion Organizer.
  • 5.9 These rules may be changed and/or supplemented at any time during the Promotion or at any other time. The information posted on the website https://betcity.net is a proper notification of changes and/or additions to the Rules; the promotion cannot be ended early.
